Throughout our home search and negotiating process, Harrietta made us feel like she was here for us—someone we could trust, who was always upfront and honest, and who had our best interests in mind. She was quick to respond whether we called, texted, or emailed her on the weekend, during the workday, or in the evening. As we both work during the day, Harrietta was willing to show us homes in the evening and on the weekends, whenever it worked best for us. She took the time to figure out exactly what we were looking for and jumped on it when the perfect home hit the market. We were able to check out the house we bought the night it was listed and had a signed purchase agreement four days later, after she showed it to us once more. Buying a home is not something we do often, but Harrietta helped us feel comfortable and confident with what we were willing to offer and during our negotiation process. She was prompt with her communication and always responsive. We truly felt, throughout the whole process, that she was someone we could trust to take care of us during this otherwise stressful process.
